Company Profile

ERP Team Consulting is a specialized, independent consulting firm focusing on solutions and the organization, planning, management and effectiveness of the delivery team.  It's market niche is the provision of skilled and experienced Project Management personnel to advise and support teams and organizations undertaking enterprise applications.

The company was founded by Paul Cunningham.  He is an Information Systems Executive with more than 35 years of international experience in consulting and project management.  Cunningham has led both small and large project initiatives implementing and supporting ERP as well as package implementations for Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Research and Clinical. His industry expertise includes Consumer Products, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Construction, Paper and Insurance.  He was formally with one of the leading international consulting firms.
